Yoga as in Bhakti Yoga or ​​Devotional Service in the spirit of surrender to the Cosmic Yogi Lord Sri Krishna.

According to the ancient Vedic culture of India, Lord Sri Krishna is accepted as the

  • Supreme Personality of Godhead, the Supreme Spirit -- the creator, guardian and end of everything.

  • The controller of the entire cosmic manifestation, hence the epithet The Cosmic Yogi.

  • Original preceptor of Yoga, through The Bhagavad Gita - the Authoritative text on Yoga.

In this endeavor of spreading the message of Yoga, our reference text of study is the The Bhagavad Gita.

The hope is that after studying and understanding the ideas presented here you would feel inspired to practice them in your own life and inspire others to do the same.
