Nov 2018

This is Nov 2018. General elections in India are about 4-6 months away.

This is the first time a Single party (BJP) led by PM Narendra Modi received a full majority in the Parliament in over 30 years.

What a break from the fractured unstable indecisive coalitions that plagued Indian politics for a long time.

While a lot of the promises in 2014 elections by the BJP govt led by PM Modi were infact fulfilled (eg curbing corruptions -- no scandals like the ones in previous regime, Communal harmony, Rural development, Infrastructure development, Image of India in world..etc a lot of the promises per people are also unfulfilled eg Ram temple construction, Article 370, Black money in foreign banks etc..and as such there is a sense of nervous disillusionment about what direction the 2019 elections will have?

Especially about the unity and consolidation of Hindu votes..

I think even the 'attempt' to do 'some' action on Ram Temple will rev up the Hindus and result in landslide mandate to PM Modi..

But they 'have' to act and at least 'show' they tried..this 'akarmani' (=inaction) and all 'Ram bharose' (= 'God will do everything, so Humans dont need to act') mindset is very risky in my opinion.

Hindu mind is always worried about the results..always in doubts..we have been waiting for this temple since 80s and centuries before that..

Time for action on Ram mandir..This is our golden chance to unite before 2019

Namo (as Narendra Modi is refered to in social media usually) needs a strong reaffirming action to come back to power..That said some things TBD are put the corrupt Congress leaders tainted in scams in jail

That said he needs to do some strong things that are immediately effective and revs up people..just talk wont do

Need action on:

At least they must out the Netaji Bose files..all this apologetic rhetoric from previous govt about..'outing the files will harm relations with some foreign country' is a boatload of nonsense.

All this mess thanks to 'chacha' Nehru, leaders like Netaji, Dr Ambedkar, S P Mookerji never got the recognition they deserved.

Plus the namesake JNU is full of China loving, India hating commies..hope this tilts it towards some much needed Hindu nationalism..

Textbooks - especially the History books need to be reviewed and re-written to project the right version of History not the one that suits the government of the day. The successive Congress governments did great harm in this.

So someone learned and passionate like Rajiv Malhotra of Infinity Foundation should be made the incharge of a Committee to review and rewrite the textbooks in Indian schools; he or someone staunch should be given charge of ncert textbook revision..

btw he is an expat too..like myself.

With BJP in power currently for another 6 months or so left on this term, we have a great chance of doing good work.

For rapid dev of India, one would think we need Namo for 2 more terms..

But do no work, and you will see even Gods grace wont be available.
